Shipping Policy

Shipment delivery will occur Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday deliveries are not available. Weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping time calculation.

  1. How will my order be shipped?
    Think Medical™/ProCure™ ships via FedEx and/or UPS Ground delivery service. If you have a preference please tell your customer service representative at the time of order placement.

  2. When will I receive my order?
    Most in-stock, non-personalized orders ship in 1 business day. (Note: The schedule below is ONLY an estimate, not a guarantee. All shipping is out of St. Louis, MO.)

  3. What if part of my order is backordered?
    If you have ordered multiple items, in-stock items will be shipped immediately, so as not to delay your entire order.

Returns Policy

Authorization from a Think Medical™/ProCure™ customer service representative is required prior to returning goods. All products accepted for return must be current, unpriced, and resellable as new (a determination may be made by our representative). Some specific product lines are subject to manufacturers' individual return/repair policies and therefore may not be returnable. Personalized products and special order products are not returnable. Merchandise approved for return after 6 months from date of invoice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product is not returnable after one year from date of purchase. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at Think Medical™/ProCure™ discretion. Credit for the merchandise returned will be issued within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

  1. What if my item is defective, broken or needs repair?
    Think Medical™/ProCure™ partners with reputable manufacturers who stand by their products. However, on rare occasions, a product can have a defect that was undetected by the manufacturer or that becomes apparent during use. If a product you've purchased has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at

  2. How long does it take to process a return?
    Please allow 14 business days to process your return.
